MIDDLETOWN – Mayor Gerard P. Scharfenberger will move his regular office hours from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Oct. 19, to the Middletown Library, 55 New Monmouth Road.
Residents are welcome on a first-come basis to discuss any concerns or issues they have related to township government.
