10/30 Red Bank Imposes Curfew Tonight and Tomorrow

RED BANK – The borough has imposed a curfew for those younger than 18 without parent or guardian supervision for Thursday and Friday’s Halloween holiday.
The curfew will be in effect from 9 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 30 to 6 a.m. Friday, Oct. 31, and from 9 p.m. Friday, Oct. 31 to 6 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 1. The curfew covers all public streets, playgrounds, public buildings and places of business where the public is invited. Minors who are out past 9 p.m. must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or another adult having custody or control, are traveling from employment to their homes, or are traveling from a function sponsored by a religious, school, civic or other properly supervised bona fide social event or program to their homes.
