MIDDLETOWN – Phalanx Road is scheduled to be closed from Laurel Avenue to Route 520 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday and Friday for roadwork.
During this time, traffic will be detoured off Phalanx Road to Laurel Avenue to Oak Street to Swimming River Road.
The township initially announced the road also would be closed on Wednesday but rescinded that announcement on Tuesday/.
