Police arrested Ibrahim Adnan, 21, Willow Grove Drive, in the township’s Lincroft section on Wednesday and charged him with possession of over 50 grams of marijuana, possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to Lt.
