HIGHLANDS – A 21-year-old borough man indicted on charges that he sexually assaulted a teenager.
According to the indictment, Matthew Occhipinti faces charges of two counts of sexual assault and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. The indictment alleges that on or about July 9, 2012 in Highlands, Occhipinti allegedly assaulted the unidentified youth who at the time was at least 13 but less than 16-years-old.
Occhipinti’s bail was set at $130,000, according to the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office.
