RED BANK — The borough council hearing on alleged liquor license violations for FIXX, originally scheduled for next Wednesday, will be rescheduled.
According to Michael Gilson, owner of the West Front Street nightspot, his attorney has a scheduling conflict, requiring the change.
Borough attorney Daniel O’Hern Jr. said no new date has been set.
FIXX is facing two police-issued administrative summons related to two closing time large-scale brawls that occurred on two separate occasions last month, resulting in some injuries and requiring a large police contingent to restore order.
The nightclub could be subject to closing for up to 30 days if the borough council upholds the violations.
