MIDDLETOWN – Joseph V. Laguna, 42, Keansburg, has been charged with stalking and violating a court-issued restraining order.
According to township police department’s criminal complaint, dated Dec. 6, Laguna is accused of “continuously harassing and threatening the victim causing extreme emotional distress.” Violating the court order is classified as a third-degree crime, while stalking is a fourth-degree offense.
Laguna’s bail was set at $5,000, with the option to post a 10 percent bond.
