FREEHOLD – Acting Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher Gramiccioni has promoted two within the ranks following the retirement of veteran assistant prosecutors.
The prosecutor’s office has announced the promotions of Marc LeMieux to the post of first assistant prosecutor and Lori Linskey as deputy first assistant prosecutor.
LeMieux has been with the office since 1996 when he began his career as a law clerk. He has worked in the Family Division and worked with retired Superior Court Judge Paul F. Chaiet in establishing the Monmouth County Drug Court. Most recently LeMieux was working as director of the office’s Investigation Division and previously was the director of Major Crimes Bureau and as deputy director of the office’s Family Division.
Linskey came to the county prosecutor’s office last January after working for 16 years with the state Office of the Attorney General’s Division of Criminal Justice where she was a deputy attorney general and senior counsel with the office’s Supervision and Coordination Bureau. Before being named as the deputy first assistant prosecutor, Linskey had been executive prosecutor.
LeMieux is replacing Richard Incremona, who retired on Dec. 31 from the prosecutor’s office after 26 years. Linskey will be filling the position left vacant by the retirement of Kevin Clark who also retired at the end of the year, having worked in the prosecutor’s office since 1988.
