FAIR HAVEN – The borough council is scheduled tonight to conduct a special meeting concerning potential litigation related to the ongoing borough-wide property revaluation.
The meeting will begin at 7 p.m., with the council going directly into a closed executive session. Formal action could be taken following the session, according to Allyson Cinquegrana, borough clerk.
The council tentatively scheduled an additional special meeting for 7 p.m. Monday, Jan. 13, for the same purpose, if needed, Cinquegrana said.
