MIDDLETOWN – Gov. Chris Christie’s town hall in the township, which was postponed twice for inclement weather, will be held at 11 a.m. tomorrow.
The meeting, Christie’s 110th since taking office, is scheduled for VFW Post 2179, located at 1 Veterans Lane,  in the township’s Port Monmouth section.
The agenda includes a discussion of the Christie administration’s plans for the second round of federal Sandy recovery money, according to the Governor’s Office.
The session will be Christie’s first such meeting since the revelations about traffic lane closings at the George Washington Bridge came to light.
Doors will open at 10 a.m. Members of the public interested in attending should plan on arriving early; the events tend to be well attended and seating is on a first come basis.
Following the town hall gathering, at about 12:30 p.m., representatives from a variety of state departments will be available to offer assistance to Sandy-impacted homeowners and businesses.
