Oh No, Snow Again!

A National Weather Service Winter Storm Warning for our area remains in effect until 5 p.m. today.
Heavy snow has fallen, accumulations by the storm’s end are expected to be between 4 and 8 inches. Snow could fall at a rate of 1 to 2 inches per hour before tapering off. Temperatures are expected to be in the lower 30s.
Beware of poor driving conditions and low visibility on the roads. The heavy wet snow could take down weak tree limbs and cause scattered power outages. Any standing water or slush will freeze solid tonight.
And, if you aren’t tired of bad weather, you’ll like the forecast for Tuesday into Wednesday. Sleet and Snow are expected late Tuesday into Wednesday and then turn to rain by daytime Wednesday. There’s also rumblings about a storm for the coming weekend.
