FREEHOLD – A Monmouth County grand jury has indicted Guadalupe Garzon-Munoz, Highlands, on charges of criminal sexual contact and endangering the welfare of a child.
The indictment charged that Garzon-Munoz, 32, used physical force on Sept. 29, 2013, to sexually assault the victim, a minor, who was 17 at the time of the alleged assault.
