RED BANK — Borough police will be participating in the national Prescription Drug Take Back program from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, April 26, at police headquarters.
The initiative, sponsored by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), provides an opportunity for the public to safely dispose of unused prescription medications, preventing abuse and theft.
The medications will be collected at police headquarters, 90 Monmouth St.. The program is free and anonymous.
