FREEHOLD – The deadline is today, May 13, for those wishing to vote in the June 3 primary election.
Residents may register at the Monmouth County Voter Registration Office, 300 Halls Mills Road, Freehold Township, until 9 p.m. today. Those who are registering in the town in which they reside, should call the municipal clerk for the hours and the location.
In either case, a driver’s license number or the last four digits of your Social Security number must be entered on the New Jersey Voter Registration form.
All U.S. citizens at least 18 years old by primary day and not incarcerated or on probation or parole are eligible to vote.
Those wanting to register may save some time by downloading a copy of the New Jersey Voter Registration form, filling it out beforehand and taking it with them when they register. The form can be found on the Monmouth County clerk’s page of the Monmouth County website at www.visitmonmouth.com.
