7/13- Monmouth Arts Council to Show New Woody Allen Film for Fundraiser

RED BANK – The Monmouth County Arts Council will be presenting the latest Woody Allen movie on Thursday, July 17, as a fundraiser.
The film, “Magic in the Moonlight,” will be shown at 7:30 p.m. at the Bow Tie Cinema, 36 White St.
The stars of the film are Eileen Atkins, Colin Firth, Marcia Gay Harden, Hamish Linklater, Simon McBurney, Emma Stone, Jacki Weaver, Erica Leerhsen, Catherine McCormack, Paul Ritter and Jeremy Shamos.
“Magic in the Moonlight” is a romantic comedy about an Englishman brought in to help unmask a possible swindle. The film is set in the south of France in the 1920s against a backdrop of wealthy mansions, the Côte d’Azur, jazz joints and fashionable spots for the wealthy of the Jazz Age.
Tickets for the film premiere are $12 in advance and $15 at the door. There will be a reception from 5:30 to 7:15 p.m. at the Ocean First Financial Solutions Center at 73 Broad St.
Tickets for reception and film are $35 for arts council members and $45 for nonmembers.
