MIDDLETOWN – Township police arrested Antonio Flores Espinoza, 27, of Bridge Avenue, Red Bank, on July 13, charging him with shoplifting at Sears department store, 1500 Highway 35.
According to the criminal complaint police submitted to the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office, Espinoza allegedly stole several articles of clothing totaling $642.
Espinoza’s bail was set at $5,000 without the option to post a 10 percent bond.
OCEAN – Township police arrested Ronda L. Feacher, 37, of William Street, Red Bank, on July 12, charging her with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, drug paraphernalia and hindering apprehension.
According to the criminal complaint, police said Feacher was in possession of heroin and cocaine, along with a small plastic straw containing trace residue of what police said was cocaine. Feacher also allegedly gave police a false name during questioning, calling herself Ronda Marshall, authorities said.
FAIR HAVEN – Borough police arrested Wayne B. Bright, 67, of Smith Street, charging him with possession of an unlawful weapon, possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Police are alleging in a criminal complaint that Bright was in possession of a white powder believed to be cocaine, contained in a paper envelope. In addition, police said Bright had a pipe used to smoke crack cocaine and three syringes in a carry bag, along with a folding knife with a lock blade.
Bright’s bail was set at $10,000 without the option to post a 10 percent bond.
ATLANTIC HIGHLANDS – Borough police arrested Avery C. Murch, 19, of Latham Avenue, for possession of an unlawful weapon.
During the course of a traffic stop, Murch was allegedly found to have a gravity knife, according to the criminal complaint. Murch allegedly told police he was carrying it for personal protection, according to the complaint.
Murch’s bail was set at $15,000 without the option to post a 10 percent bond.
