FREEHOLD – Among the indictments handed up this week by Monmouth County grand juries were:
- Tangerla C. McElroy, 48, Wedgewood Circle, in the Belford section of Middletown, and Robert Bologna, 42, of Bart Place, Hazlet, were indicted on one count of possession of a controlled dangerous substance. McElroy and Bologna were arrested in Middletown on April 30 for allegedly being in possession of heroin, according to the indictment.
- Emanuela N. Fuchs, 23, of Alpine Road, Holmdel, was indicted on two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance. Fuchs was allegedly found to be in possession of alprazolam/Xanax in Keyport on March 5, according to the indictment.
- Anthony Pianelli, 30, of Ramsey Road, Middletown, was named in an indictment charging him with one count of possession of a controlled dangerous substance and shoplifting. Pianelli allegedly stole merchandise valued between $200 and $500 from Kohl’s department store in Holmdel, and was allegedly found to be in possession of heroin, according to the indictment.
