MIDDLETOWN – Township police investigations and arrests this week included:

  • Police arrested Alexander C. Giuriceo, 19, of Greenfield Way in the Belford section on Tuesday, July 29, and charged him with burglary and theft. According to the criminal complaint, police are accusing Ciuriceo with breaking into a Jeep Cherokee that was parked on Parked Avenue in Belford. Police said Giuriceo took a motorcycle jacket, valued at $100, a black leather vest worth $100 and a $70 set of headphones. Giuriceo’s bail was set at $7,500.
  • Police arrested Thomas R. Gingerelli, 28, Lorraine Place, on Wednesday, July 30, charging him with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, heroin, according to the criminal complaint. Gingerelli’s bail was set at $5,000, without the option to post a 10 percent bond.
  • Police arrested Ryan K. Kristiansen, 25, of Jim Thorpe, Pa., on Wednesday, July 30, and charged him with possession of stolen property, possession of a controlled dangerous substance and being a fugitive from justice. According to the criminal complaint, Kristiansen allegedly attempted to pawn $4,000 worth of jewelry that police say Kristiansen knew was stolen. In addition, Kristiansen was allegedly in possession of heroin and found to be wanted by the Northumberland County, Pa., Sheriff’s Department for failing to comply with probation and parole requirements, according to the complaint. His bail was set at $20,000 without the option to post a 10 percent bond.
