RED BANK – Activity occurring on Broad Street on Monday afternoon, is the work of an independent filmmaker, working on a short film, according to the Red Bank Police Department.
The filming is being done in the vicinity of Jay and Silent Bob’s Secret Stash, 35 Broad St.
The business is often the backdrop for various film and video projects, according to the police.
Jay and Silent Bob’s is owned by filmmaker Kevin Smith.
