RED BANK — Police arrested Mario E. Espinoza-Espinoza, 21, in his Herbert Street home on July 4 for allegedly assaulting and threatening the life of a woman.
According to the criminal complaint, Espinoza-Espinoza struck the victim in the stomach and slapped her face. He also allegedly threatened the woman with a knife, according to the complaint.
Municipal Court Judge William Himelman set Espinoza-Espinoza’s bail at $35,000 without the option to post a 10 percent bond
