FREEHOLD – A Monmouth County grand jury indicted Kirsten P. Miller, 20, and Kevin F. Dunn 3rd, 25, both Concord Avenue, in the Leonardo section of Middletown, on Thursday, Aug. 14, on one count of possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
According to the indictment, Miller and Dunn were arrested in Atlantic Highlands on June 2 for allegedly being in possession of heroin.
