FREEHOLD – A Monmouth County grand jury indicted a Shrewsbury man and a man from Neptune yesterday on six counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance and intent to distribute it within 1,000 feet of a school.
According to the indictment, Joseph A. Gaetano, 49, of Samara Drive, Shrewsbury, and Glenn E. Davis, 53,of Myrtle Avenue, Neptune, were arrested in Neptune on May 31 in the area of the Sisters Academy at St. Peter Claver Center and were allegedly in possession of cocaine.
