FREEHOLD – A Monmouth County grand jury indicted Avery M. Murch, 19, Latham Avenue, Atlantic Highlands, on Aug. 20 for burglary and theft of movable property.
According to the five-count indictment, Murch on June 21 allegedly illegally entered a parked vehicle in Middletown and took an Apple iPad, valued at more than $200.
