FREEHOLD – A Monmouth County grand jury indicted Juan Lopez IV, 34; Lawrence Alayon, 27; Barbara Laluz, 27; and Sadira Mair, 27, all of Jersey City, on Aug. 27, charging them with one count of possession of a controlled dangerous substance. The four were arrested on June 17 for allegedly being in possession of phencyclidine (PCP) in the jurisdiction of Tinton Falls and Red Bank, according to the complaint.
