FREEHOLD – A Monmouth County grand jury indicted Jordan A. Scott, 20, Wharfside Drive, for allegedly using a stolen credit card to purchase an Apple iPad electronic tablet, valued at $546.
Scott was charged with credit card theft, fraudulent use of a credit card and theft by deception, according to the indictment.
