9/3 – Red Bank Dancers Make it to Top 12 of TV's 'America's Got Talent'

RED BANK – Blue Journey, a dance duo made up of Nick Mishoe and Rachel Kivlighan, was voted into the top 12 of the NBC television show “America’s Got Talent” tonight.
Mishoe, a 33-year-old borough resident who owns and operates the Academy of Dance Arts, and Kivlighan have been working with choreographer David Middendorp for routines for Blue Journey which combines dance and video illustrations.
The pair was voted into the final 12 by an online ballot, called the Snapple Save,that involved two other acts.
Tonight’s show was broadcast live from Radio City Music Hall in New York City.
The winner of the contest, which is in its ninth season on NBC, wins $1 million and gets to perform over two nights at the end of this month in Las Vegas.
The show is broadcast Tuesday and Wednesdays nights.
