Monmouth County’s Office on Aging is inviting residents who are 100-plus years old to a birthday party at noon Wednesday, May 7, at Regency Park Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, 3325 Highway 35.

LINCROFT
The Lincroft Village Green Association is sponsoring its 10th Annual Community Yard Sale from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, April 26.
Treasures and bargains at dozens of homes throughout Lincroft will be available. The event takes place rain or shine. Shoppers can view the addresses and items for sale online at www.lincroftvillagegreen.org after 5 p.m. April 25.
The Lincroft Village Green Association is a civic association committed to keeping Lincroft a pleasant and safe place to live.
MIDDLETOWN
The Middletown Arts Center will host the Spring Eggstravaganza from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, April 12, at the 36 Church St. arts center.
Residents of Middletown and surrounding communities are invited to enjoy an egg-cellent fun-filled day. The free event includes Doodle Dude demonstrations, a special performance by Miss Sherri, strolling entertainment, a petting zoo, craft projects, and an egg decorating contest. The first 500 children will receive goodie bags.
Parents may bring a camera to take pictures of their children with the Easter Bunny. Those who bring their Middletown 350 passport will be special sticker as a memento of their visit.
Eggs for the decorating contest can be purchased for $20 at the Middletown Arts Center. The MAC is asking that participants return their decorated 15-inch plastic egg by April 11. Eggs will be displayed and judged at the Eggstravaganza. Prizes will be awarded for winning decorations in various categories.
SEA BRIGHT
A community Easter sunrise service will be held on the Sea Bright municipal beach, Easter Sunday morning, April 20.
All are welcome. Attendees will gather starting at 5:45 a.m.
The service is sponsored by churches from Eatontown, Fair Haven, Little Silver, Oceanport, and Sea Bright.
The rain location is the First United Methodist Church of Sea Bright, across Ocean Ave nue from the municipal beach.
Bagels and coffee will be available at the First United Methodist Church of Sea Bright following the service.

SHREWSBURY
The public is invited to attend to the regular meeting of the Shrewsbury Garden Club at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 15 at the Shrewsbury Historical Society at 419 Sycamore Ave.
Tom Gianfagna, professor of plant biology and pathology at Rutgers University, will discuss “The Chocolate Tree: From Ancient Food to Modern Medicine.” Following the lecture, members will provide sweet chocolate treats for guests to sample.
