Ashley Lauren Foundation to Hold Holiday ‘Brunchraiser’

COLTS NECK – Eagle Specialty Coffee, 76A Route 35, Eatontown, will host the Ashley Lauren Foundation Holiday Brunchraiser on Sunday, Dec. 7.
Two seatings will be available, one from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., the other from 12:30 to 2 p.m.
Some of the restaurants providing specialty brunch items are: My Kitchen Witch, Monmouth Beach; Meemom’s Kitchen, Wall Township; Mumford’s Culinary Center, Tinton Falls; Metropolitan Café, Freehold; Salt Creek Grille, Rumson; Matisse, Belmar; The Starving Artist, Ocean Grove; Richard’s Deli Restaurant and Catering, Long Branch.
The event provides an opportunity for attendees to enjoy an array of brunch items while raising funds and increasing awareness of The Ashley Lauren Foundation’s mission of providing “Hope & Help for Children with Cancer in New Jersey.”
Funds raised by the holiday brunchraiser will support the programs of The Ashley Lauren Foundation, including direct family financial assistance; material assistance; emotional support; parties for the children; advocacy; outings; birthday and holiday gifts for the children; the Making Dreams Come True program; and anything else that is needed to make their lives easier and to let each child know that they are important.
The Ashley Lauren Foundation does not fund research but rather are “in the trenches” with these families as they cope with the daily battle of pediatric cancer.”
