Beacon Hill CC Names Rudon COO/General Manager

ATLANTIC HIGHLANDS — Beacon Hill Country Club, a private country club established in 1899, has named Michael Rudon as chief operating officer/general manager.
As COO/general manager, Rudon will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day operation of Beacon Hill.
“Michael has the ability to bring creativity and a world-class level of service into every area of club operations,” said William Kelly, president of the Board of Trustees at Beacon Hill Country Club. “He is going to be a great addition to our team at Beacon Hill.”
Rudon has distinguished himself as a leader in the New Jersey country club community as he became New Jersey’s first Certified Chief Executive by the Club Manager’s Association of America (CMAA) in 2008. He has been a member of the CMAA since 1993 and a past member of the CMAA Honor Society and NJCMA Board of Directors. Currently serving as the interim general manager at Tavistock Country Club in Haddonfield, Rudon has provided senior leadership as general manager for the past 22 years to Spring Brook Country Club in Morristown, Knickerbocker Country Club in Tenafly, and The Bedens Brook Club in Skillman.
Beacon Hill Country Club’s history spans more than 100 years. It is a private, member-owned club. The club features manicured grounds, spectacular views of the New York City skyline and Sandy Hook Bay and a new state-of-the-art, 40,000-square-foot clubhouse.
