Deborah Bohal, 41, of Hazlet, passed away suddenly on Sunday, May 15, at her home in Hazlet. She was born Deborah O’Hara on July 16, 1974 in Red Bank, New Jersey. She grew up in the Union Beach and Hazlet areas of New Jersey. On September 24, 1994, Deborah married the love of her life, Jason Bohal, and together they settled in Hazlet, to raise their family. Deborah worked as a medical secretary for the state of New Jersey.

She was predeceased by her parents, Terrence Michael and Carol (Ashburn) O’Hara, along with her nephew, Todd O’Hara. Deborah is survived by her beloved husband, Jason Bohal, her loving sons, Jason P. Bohal, Nicholas Scott Bohal, and Andrew J. Bohal, of all Hazlet; her dear siblings, Terrence Michael O’Hara of Ohio, Patrick James O’Hara of Staten Island, New York, Thomas Richard O’Hara and his wife, Eileen, of Wall, Vincent Ronald O’Hara of California, David Scott O’Hara and his wife, Jennie, of Edison, and Albert “Al” Morris and his wife, Stephanie, of Easton, Pennsylvania; her mother-in-law, Toni Thaon; her sister-in-law, Laura O’Hara; her eldest nieces and nephews, Patrick, Phillip, Tiffany, and Teri Lyn, along with many cherished nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and friends. She will be deeply missed, but never forgotten.
