Fancelli Named Administrative Manager of the Year

Judy Fancelli, BS, RN, vice president of business initiatives at Visiting Nurse Association Health Group was named 2011 Administrative Manager of the Year by the Visiting Nurse Association of America (VNAA), the national professional association for VNAs. The national award was given in recognition of outstanding achievement by an administrative manager in improving an organization’s ability to add to patients’ quality of life and motivate staff to achieve the highest level of nursing excellence. It recognizes outstanding VNA managers who have made major contributions to the mission of their VNA through such areas as financial management, business development, information management, and key business functions. The award will be presented at the VNAA Annual Meeting in Phoenix, Arizona in early May.
“Judy has been a mentor to her staff in the pursuit of patient quality of care and overall program operations,” states Tom Thees, interim president and CEO of VNAHG. “She is an integral member of our executive leadership team and has a passionate commitment to the VNAHG mission to care for all in need.”
Fancelli is a registered nurse with a BS in healthcare administration and a certification in public health.

Jane Heller Receives Diamond Award

Jane Heller of the Gloria Nilson Realtors Rumson Office received the Premier Service Diamond Award, as one of the top agents in customer service nationally within the Real Living franchise. The franchise and Gloria Nilson Realtors recognized Jane’s 25 years of experience and her attention to detail when announcing this award.

Rohr Joins Re/Max

Maria Rohr joined Re/Max 1st Class in Red Bank as a sales associate. She is a buyers and sellers agent who also has experience in short sales, rentals and distressed properties. A resident of Hazlet, Rohr has been in real estate for five years. She was previously affiliated with Kubis Realty Group.

Rast Leads Region in Listings

Michele Rast, a sales associate with the Rumson office of Weichert Realtors, led the region for new home listings.The region is comprised of offices throughout Middlesex, Monmouth and Ocean counties.
Three sales associates at the Rumson office, Patricia Caruso, Joan Kiley and Joan Picone, received the New Jersey Association of Realtors’ Circle of Excellence bronze award.

Sobel Named Partner

Jason L. Sobel was named a partner in the law firm of Genova, Burns & Giantomasi. Sobel, based in the firm’s Red Bank, office, is a member of the Commercial Real Estate, Redevelopment and Environmental Law Practice Group. His practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions.  He serves as the chairman and president of the board of trustees for Community Health Charities of New Jersey. He is also a member of the board of trustees and chairman of the Legal Committee for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Newark. He has also been a featured columnist for Builder/Architect magazine. He belongs to the Real Property, the Probate & Trust Law, and the Land Use sections of the New Jersey State Bar, as well as to the American Bar Association and Monmouth County Bar Association.
