Resources Real Estate expanded their agent roster with three new sales associates in the company’s Rumson office: Shawn Karras, Stephanie Suplee Dey and Colleen Perfetti Daly.
Karras, a resident of Fair Haven, comes to real estate from a sales and product development career in the fragrance industry in Manhattan. She is a graduate of Ramapo College of New Jersey and has also worked as a Doncaster Clothing wardrobe stylist.
Suplee Dey, a 16-year resident of Fair Haven resident, joins the company from a career in the legal and online information industry. A graduate of George Washington University and Villanova University School of Law, she has over 10 years of success in providing consultative sales and business solutions to business and legal professionals with LexisNexis. She is involved in local youth sport programs, Boy Scouts, and the PTA; she has served as a board member of a community church and was a member of the Junior League of Monmouth County.
Perfetti Daly, a resident of Middletown, worked for in advertising for 10 years with a New York-based media company. She is a member of Junior League and on the boards of Mental Health Association of Monmouth County and Holy Cross PTA.
Chuck Drawbaugh, a college funding expert and president of College Funding Associates, Rumson, will present a seminar for parents of younger children to help them prepare their children for college at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 24 at Smart Start Preschool, 786 River Rd., Fair Haven. Resources Real Estate announced the addition of Helen George as an associate in the company’s Monmouth Beach office. A resident of Monmouth Beach, she is a member of the Monmouth Beach PTO and Little Monmouth Bathing Pavilion. Helen has worked in the real estate industry for the past seven years.
Anthony C. Emanueli joined RE/MAX 1st Class in Red Bank as a broker-salesperson. He specializes in residential sales serving Ocean and Monmouth counties. A resident of Brick, Emanueli has been in real estate for 25 years. He has received the NJAR Circle of Excellence Award, 1989-2008 and 2010. He also earned industry designations including the E-PRO designation and the Certified Distressed Property Expert designation.
Susan Svikhart was named broker-manager of the Shrewsbury office of Gloria Nilson Realtors, Real Living.

Svikhart, a resident of Shrewsbury, earned her real estate license in 2003. In 2009, she joined Gloria Nilson Realtorsas a sales associate in the Rumson office. She earned her broker’s license in December 2011.
She has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, She is an active member of her children’s Parent/Teacher organizations and has spent 15 years as a volunteer for the Monmouth Conservation Foundation. Additionally she is a past board member of the Newcomers Club of Rumson, Fair Haven, Little Silver & Shrewsbury.
