Family Promise of Monmouth County hosted its 2nd Annual Cardboard Box City in Tinton Falls on Sept. 30th to raise awareness about the need to help homeless families get back onto their feet. The best decorated box was created by Emily Ahrens from Old First United Methodist youth group in Long Branch.
