Christy Leigh Planer and Brett S. Theisen were married on November 5, 2011 at Holy Cross Church, Rumson. Reverend Nicholas Gengaro performed the ceremony. Kerry Planer was maid-of-honor and Blake Theisen was best man. The wedding was followed by a reception at Navesink Country Club.
Christy is the daughter of Bob and Paula Planer, Rumson. She is a graduate of Cornell University with a B.S. in communications and nutritional sciences. She is currently a medical device sales representative for Biotronik, Inc.
Brett is the son of Rick and Paula Theisen, Cold Spring, Minnesota. He graduated from Dartmouth College with an A.B. in government and a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law. He is an associate, Financial Restructuring & Creditors’ Rights Group, at Gibbons, P.C.
After a wedding trip to Kauai, Hawaii, the couple will reside in Manhattan.
