Nancy P. Clark, 71, formerly of Rumson, passed away peacefully at home in Virginia Beach on Saturday, July 9 surrounded by her family. Born in St. Paul, Minnesota, Nancy attended Macalester College and University of Minnesota.
She is survived by her husband, John Hodas; her children, Trisha Knox and her husband Thomas of Virginia Beach, Virginia, Kerrie O’Mara and her husband Jeremy of Framingham, Massachusetts and Todd Clark of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She is also survived by her sister, Mary Hannahan, of Balsam Lake, Wisconsin; and nine grandchildren, Zoe, Caleb, Phoebe, Gracie and Zachary of Virginia Beach, Virginia, Molly and Quinn of Framingham, Massachusetts, and Sydney and Riley of Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
A memorial service is planned for Friday, September 23 at 2 p.m. at St. Peters Episcopal Church in Weston, Massachusetts. In lieu of flowers or memorial donations, Nancy, ever the hostess, expressed her desire for family and friends to gather together with a beverage of choice, and regale each other with stories in celebration of her life.
