Count Basie Theatre Appoints New Board Members

The Count Basie Theatre recently announced the appointment of three members to the Board of Trustees.
Harry Agnostak is the assistant vice-president for human resources at Rutgers University, a position he has held since 2005. He earned his J.D. from the Rutgers University Law School in 1987, M.A. in political science from Rutgers University in 1981, and B.A. in political science from Rutgers in 1979. He is a resident of Fair Haven with his wife Cathy and their two daughters.
Carol Godfrey is the regional director of alternate care for the east region of Cardinal Health, Inc., a Dublin, Ohio-based healthcare company. She is a graduate of Rosemont College in Rosemont, Pa. with a bachelor of arts in business administration, and a graduate of the Royal Academy of Dance in London, UK. She is a resident of Clifton.
Pat Pinto is a c-suite administrator specializing in the media/entertainment industries for more than two decades. In her current role, she manages the office of the Global CEO for Universal McCann, a media services company with accounts that span various industries, including Microsoft, Johnson & Johnson, and Sony Pictures. She has served as an activist for various initiatives, such as the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure and the Entertainment Industries Foundation Run/Walk for Women’s Cancers, where she recently raised close to $10,000 in personal donations. She is an accomplished photographer and artist, and has become a novice gardener since moving to Red Bank from New York City in 2010.
