Rosina Durso, 93, of Red Bank, passed away peacefully May 28. She was born in Montano Antilia, Italy to the late Montano and Antonetta (Portolese) Scaniello. Rosina was an excellent cook who loved spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed knitting blankets for Birthright and area hospitals.

She is predeceased by her husband, Anthony, in 2000, and her two sisters, Maria and Josephine. She is survived by her three loving sons, Lawrence Durso and wife Patricia; Montano Durso and wife Rosa; and John Durso and wife Cynthia; her six cherished grandchildren, Michael and wife Kelly, Joseph, Jennifer, Thomas, Steven and Courtney; her great-grandson Dylan; her dear sister Paulina; and her loving caregiver Olga.

Visitation was held at the John E. Day Funeral Home, Red Bank, May 30. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at St. Leo’s RC Church Thursday, May 31. Entombment followed at Fair View Mausoleum in Middletown.
