Fiorovanti, Gunther Named Shareholders at Law Firm

RED BANK ­– Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla, P.C., has announced that Matthew N. Fiorovanti and Kelly D. Gunther have been named shareholders to the firm.
Fiorovanti focuses his practice on business and commercial litigation, including the representation of partners, shareholders and members in corporate divorces, director and office claims, tortious interference, specific performance claims and restrictive covenant enforcement, and other business-related disputes. He also defends professionals, such as attorneys and accountants, in professional liability disputes.
Fiorovanti also litigates and tries contested civil cases in state and federal courts. He is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York.
Fiorovanti received his law degree from Fordham University School of Law and his B.S. from Cornell University. He was selected by Super Lawyers in 2013 and 2014 as a “New Jersey Rising Star.”
Gunther focuses her practice on the representation of employers in employment litigation. Her experience includes the representation of management in defending against claims of alleged wrongful discharge, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage-and-hour violations and whistle-blowing.
She also litigates the enforcement of confidentiality and noncompete agreements, as well as other restrictive covenants. Gunther provides general counseling to employers on all workplace issues, including strategies for litigation avoidance.
Admitted to practice law in New Jersey and U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey, Gunther received her law degree from Rutgers University School of Law and her B.A. from Muhlenburg College. Gunther was selected by Super Lawyers in 2014 as a “New Jersey Rising Star.”
