With more than 25 years of experience in real estate, Perkins brings a proven track record for success in active adult, single family, and mixed-use master planned community development.
In this role, Perkins provides leadership and operational oversight to FirstService Residential lifestyle and active adult communities and lifestyle associates. His focus is continued development of FirstService Residential’s lifestyle and active adult client portfolio, including working in conjunction with the senior vice president of lifestyle programming to deliver enhanced amenities and lifestyle experiences for residents.
Perkins started his career in Richmond, Va., with HHHunt in sales and marketing. He joined Del Webb (later becoming Pulte) to become involved with active adult community development. Most recently, Perkins was involved with a combination of multigenerational and active adult communities at Lennar. Responsibilities included sales, marketing, and homeowner association roles.
