HOLMDEL – Dr. Chris Storti will hold a free workshop at 11 a.m. Sunday, May 12, called Natural Solutions to Allergy Problems, at Holmdel Vitamin Shoppe in Holmdel Commons at 2128 Route 35.
Storti will talk about what causes allergic reactions, how every day products and daily stresses aggravate allergies, how depression and ADHD are linked to allergies and what supplements and other natural actions you can take to control or even eliminate your allergies and sinus trouble.
Those who wish to attend are asked to RSVP by phone to 732-778-2998. Children are not permitted to attend and guests are asked to refrain from wearing perfume and scented body products because people who have allergies to these products will be attending.
