Free Classical Concert at Holmdel Church

HOLMDEL – Four teenage talented musicians, under the direction of organist Miae Park, will perform several classical compositions at 3 p.m. Sunday, April 27, at The Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd.
Eui Hyun Kim on violin, Tommy Choi on piano, Jessica Hong on cello and Hyun Jee Min on viola will play selections from Mozart, and other classical composers.
The selections will include: Piano Quartet in G Minor by W.A. Mozart; Ziguerenerweisen by P. de Sarasate; La Campanella by F. Liszt; Concerto in D Major by F.A.Hoffmeister; and Concerto in D Minor by E. Lalo.
The young musicians are students of Miae Park, the organist and choir director at The Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd, located at 112 Middletown Road.
After the concert refreshments will be served.
The free concert will last about an hour and is open to the public.  Attendees will be encouraged to make a free will offering, which will be donated to the Bayshore Lunch Program, located in the fellowship hall of the Community Church of Keyport. The program serves a hot lunch at 11:30 a.m. every Monday, Wednesday and Friday to those in need of food and fellowship. The organization serves about 50 people a day and also feed volunteer workers who are still building homes destroyed by Super Storm Sandy.
