The Pipes and Drums of the Atlantic Watch will host its annual fund-raiser dinner, “Get Your Irish Up,” on Saturday, Feb. 25 at Middletown VFW post 2179, t 1 Vets Lane, off Route 36 in Port Monmouth.
Admission is $30 in advance, $35 at the door and includes a dinner catered by the Argyle Restaurant of Kearny and an open wine and beer bar. In addition, their will be a traditional Irish Ceilidh with Jennifer Mylod and the Boys of Ocean County, as well as dance with Sinead Curran and music by the Atlantic Watch. Proceeds from the dinner help support this totally volunteer organization, which welcomes members of all ages and backgrounds and offers free lessons in Highland piping and drumming. .
