Heritage Celebrates with Annual Awards Breakfast

SHREWSBURY – Mary Burke, broker and owner of Heritage House Sotheby’s International Realty, recently welcomed 120-plus real estate agents from the company’s four offices located in Holmdel, Middletown, Rumson and Shrewsbury to their 23rd annual awards breakfast at the Navesink Country Club, Middletown.
Forty-one NJAR® Circle of Excellence Sales Award® recipients, multiple office sales award recipients, four office top producers and a company top producer were celebrated. The company announced sales for the 2013 year reached over half billion in total closed sales volume and the company increased their market share by 81 percent since affiliating with Sotheby’s International Realty® in 2005.
Burke and the office management staff – Chris Doran of the Shrewsbury office, Joan Marchetta of the Middletown office, Karen Saltzbart of the Holmdel office and Joyce Wopat of the Rumson office – congratulated the group in achieving a successful 2013 with recognition awards and gifts.

The company top producer award was earned by Elaine Eadon, Rumson Office. “A 25-year real estate professional, Elaine’s approach to the real estate business has always been as a consultant and advocate for her clients. She is one of the best in the industry; we are very proud of her,” said Burke.
As the 2013 company top producer Eardon closed $30 million in sales, spanning 42 transactions, in 20-plus towns serving Monmouth and Ocean Counties. In addition, Eardon closed the highest MLS recorded residential sale at $6.4 million – across all real estate companies – in Monmouth and Ocean counties. Eardon is also the recipient of the highest NJAR® Circle of Excellence Sales Award® platinum level.
