HIGHLANDS – The spirit of Highlands’ 14th annual Oktoberfest is modeled after the traditional Munich, Germany Oktoberfest with an emphasis on eating, drinking and being merry while providing something for everyone. It will be held this year on Sunday, the rain date due to the forecast rainy weather for Saturday.
Authentic German food, live music, dancing and other great entertainment will be part of the Highlands Business Partnership’s annual event which will be held from noon to 8 p.m. Sunday in Veterans Park on Bay and Shrewsbury avenues.
