Middletown property first to be auctioned by venture

MIDDLETOWN – Keller Williams, NYC announced its agent Thomas “Tuvia” Sablosky as the newest managing director to join Supreme Auctions, the Keller Williams Luxury Auction Team with KW Luxury Homes International.
The first property to be auctioned by Keller Williams and Supreme Auctions is an historic estate on 4.7 acres along Navesink River Road selling at absolute auction with no reserve on Tuesday, June 12.
Designed by renowned architect John Russell Pope, the 1916 Georgian mansion was originally built for the family of Andrew V. Stout.
The foremost architect of Georgian Revival country homes, Pope designed private residences for the Vanderbilts and other wealthy families of his time, along with such notable public buildings as the Jefferson Memorial and the West Building of the National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C.
The property was last on the market almost 30 years ago. The main residence has eight bedrooms and seven baths. Additional rooms include a formal living room, dining room, family garden room, kitchen and breakfast room.
A later addition to the residence includes a sunroom with a one-of-a-kind hand-painted mural octagonal ceiling that looks onto the pool and private back patio area, with spectacular views.
The home is situated on the banks of the Navesink River just across from the Navesink Country Club.
“We are excited to have our first luxury real estate auction managing director to build this relationship with Supreme Auctions, which will transform luxury real estate in our region by employing the same methods to sell luxury properties that auction houses such as Sotheby’s and Christie’s use for fine artwork and antiquities,” said Zhann Jochinke, chief operating officer at Keller Williams NYC.
“Utilizing our strategic partnership and marketing resources, we can now provide a level of service that is unmatched in the industry, ensuring a transparent process that will result in the best and highest price the market will bear to sell luxury properties at auction throughout the Greater New York area,” Sablosky said.
The property will be available for viewing prior to auction.
