RED BANK – There is another sign of the pending completion of the large West Side Lofts project: the public is being offered the opportunity to lease the open residential units.
Woodmont Properties and Metrovation, the developers behind the West Front Street and Bridge Avenue project, announced on Monday they have begun leasing space in the still uncompleted residential and commercial development. The location has already secured 25 percent occupancy.
