Although Lincroft or “The ‘Croft,” as some call it, is part of Middletown Township, this village of some 6,000 residents has its own post office and zip code. The historic Lincroft Inn can trace its roots and a portion of the present building to 300 years ago. The Daverio family has owned and operated the restaurant since 1927.
