HOLMDEL – Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County, N.Y. has announced that Pamela Molloy has joined its Holmdel/Colts Neck office.
A Colts Neck resident since 1999, Molloy shares her extensive knowledge of local communities and the housing market in Monmouth and Ocean counties with home buyers and sellers.
“Above all else, I want to help people find their perfect home, whether it’s their very first place, an upgrade to their dream home, or a comfortable downsize. For my buyers and sellers, I work hard to negotiate the best possible outcome,” Molloy said.
Molloy is active in the Colts Neck community. She was voted as Colts Neck PTO president last month and will begin her two-year term on July 1. Molloy has been honored by the Colts Neck Board of Education during its 24th Celebration of Excellence awards dinner on May 23 for more than a decade of service.
Molloy currently serves as fundraising director for the PTO and the events she organized in the past year raised nearly $100,000. She previously served as co-chairperson for the elementary school library, chaired several events for the PTO and lent a helping hand wherever the PTO needed it.
“Pam treats her clients with the same dedication she shows the schools and students in her community, assuring their needs are met and creating a positive partnership,” said Lou Redbord, branch vice president of Coldwell Banker in Holmdel/ Colts Neck. “Her professional background and fantastic service make her a welcome addition to this office.”
Molloy has a record of professional excellence. She held a buying position with Nordstrom in southern California for 10 years, where she won many awards including highest profit gain for the company. She followed this up with a successful tenure as director of retail sales for high-end clothing companies Emanuel Ungaro and Adrienne Vittadini, and then started her own manufacturing business producing baby gift items that were sold in retail outlets worldwide. She is currently working in real estate full time.
