SHREWSBURY – Mary Burke, CRB, CRS, GRI, president and owner/broker of record, Heritage House Sotheby’s International Realty, and Chris Doran, branch manager, have welcomed mother-daughter team, Frances Joyce and Mary O’Malley-Joyce, to the Shrewsbury office.
Joyce, a well-known and respected realtor in Monmouth County, has represented buyers and sellers across Monmouth County, specializing in the “peninsula” towns of Rumson, Fair Haven, Little Silver and Red Bank. She has lived on the peninsula for 45 years, affording her the knowledge to continually provide her clients with local and industry knowledge to successfully guide them throughout the buying and selling processes.
She is a member of the New Jersey Association of Realtors®, the National Association of Realtors®, the Monmouth County Association of Realtors® and is a recipient of the NJAR® Circle of Excellence Sales Award®, as well as numerous company awards.
O’Malley-Joyce, a former 20 year Wall Street veteran, successfully launched her real estate career by building a strong client base through referral business from her many years of successful business experience. That experience, coupled with her business skills, consistently results in successful transactions for her clients. O’Malley-Joyce is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), a member of the New Jersey Association of Realtor®, the National Association of Realtors®, and the Monmouth County Association of Realtors®.

Joyce is a longtime member of the Little Silver Garden Club, a participating member and past president of the Alumni Club of Rumson, Little Silver and Fair Haven. She has a longtime affiliation with the Shrewsbury River Yacht Club. Born and raised in Ireland, Joyce was educated at Loreto Abbey in Dublin, Ireland. O’Malley-Joyce is a graduate and active alumnus of the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science in consumer economics; she also is a longtime resident of Monmouth County and an active volunteer with Reading Buddies through Family and Children Services of Monmouth County, as well as involvement in multiple local organizations. In her spare time, O’Malley-Joyce enjoys photography and gardening.
