RED BANK – Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla, P.C. has announced that Timothy J. DeHaut and Kathleen C. Gannon have joined the firm as associates.
DeHaut, an associate in the real estate, redevelopment and planned real estate development department, devotes his practice to the representation of developers, lenders, landlords, contractors and subcontractors. DeHaut focuses primarily on land-use matters, such as development and redevelopment of residential, commercial and mixed-use projects, as well as resolution of construction disputes.
He received his J.D. from University of Pittsburgh School of Law, his L.L.M. from Trinity College Dublin and his B.A. from Boston College. DeHaut is a LEED Accredited Professional, certified by the United States Green Building Council.
Gannon, an associate in the firm’s environmental department, focuses her practice on environmental regulatory, real estate and corporate transactional matters as well as environmental litigation matters. She received her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and her B.S. from The College of New Jersey. She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Environmental Law Section.
